Suresh Ramachandran

Suresh Ramachandran is a seasoned FMCG professional with over 25 years of experience in Sales, GTM Strategy, and Execution across leading consumer brands like Nestlé, Relaxo, and DS Group.

At Nestlé, Suresh spent over two decades and held pivotal roles, including as Head of Trade & Shopper Marketing for the MAGGI portfolio and later for the Chocolates & Confectionery business nationally. He was instrumental in driving GTM planning, in-store execution, and category development across traditional trade, modern trade, and emerging channels.

Over his career, Suresh has built and led large-scale distribution networks and sales teams across diverse Indian markets. He has successfully designed and executed GTM strategies across multiple channels, scaled distributor and field operations from the ground up, and embedded SFA/DMS tools to drive sales productivity and execution discipline. His ability to drive revenue growth through structured systems and process-led execution has consistently delivered results across organizations.

He is especially skilled in leading large transformation projects—from redesigning go-to-market engines and building rural distribution models to enabling capability-led scale-up for early- and mid-stage brands.
