As a P&L owner in large Indian & MNC companies, he has led growth initiatives, restructured & turned around businesses, developed new markets, segments and categories.
He has led diverse teams, across geographies in India and has In-depth knowledge of Personal Care, Food, Non-Food, Apparel, Stationery, Household, & Electronics categories.
He was also instrumental in setting up the retail footprint of Future group in East region. His expertise also covers Sales Force Automation tools, ERP for Sales & Marketing domain and other digital initiatives.
